How do I order and make a payment?
- Simply browse our dresses and clothes
- Add one or more products to the basket
- When you are ready, click checkout
- If its your first time shopping you'll need register some basic details with us
- If you've shopped here before, you'll just need to login
- Payment is processed securly via PayPal
- If you don't have a PayPal account you can use most debit and credit cards
- Once payment is authorised we will begin making your dress
- Once the dress is complete we will deliver it to your address
How long will orders take?
- Each dress is made to order so each will take a varying amount of time
most dresses can be made within 2 to 5 working days can contact us if
you need the dress sooner and we will do out best to meet your requirments.
What is your privacy policy?
- We will only use your details to contact you regarding orders
- We will only send you our email newsletter if you choose to recieve it
What sizes are available?
- Any size in any dress is available
- After you have placed your order, we'll contact you for your dress size and bra size
- Or, if you want you can email us with your sizes sales@annekasboutique.co.uk
What is your returns policy?
We will refund all garments returned within a 7 day working period if they are damanged or exchange any garments unsuitable but must be returned in perfect condition with tag still attached
when sending back garment please keep tracking number from post office
for insurance purposes.
If these requirments are not met your dress may be returned.
you will be refunded on the way you made payment and please allow up to 10 days to recieve
your refund.
